One of the highlights of the latest collections is the deluxe, three box Tarte Treat Yourself to Gorgeous set. We were recently treated to a glimpse of the all-natural makeup brand's gorgeous set at their holiday launch party. The event presented us with a plethora of ways to “treat ourselves,” including a hairstyling station, free manicures courtesy of Julep nail polish, and a decadent dessert table stacked tall with yummy cookies, cakes, and parfaits. We wished we could stay there all afternoon!
The most delicious treat however was Tarte's main attraction, which includes 20 amazonian clay-infused eye shadows for soft lids, four lip plumping maracuja oil glosses, and four roll up eye liners in variations of black and brown. The eye shadow palette is full to the brim with extremely flattering shades of plums and wines against warm gold and bronze hues. The rich and regal tones of the shadows look decadent, seductive, and expensive—sure to inspire a kiss under the mistletoe!
The glosses looked pretty in our makeup bags and the subtle shades felt playful and flirty when worn. The lightest color, named “Genuine,” was so close to our lip shade we are already planning on working it into our Christmas morning look. We swear, our lips always look this plump in the a.m! The mighty minty flavor of the gloss will ensure, no matter what time of the day, our breath will always be winter-fresh.
The three-piece Tarte set magnetizes together and breaks apart, making it easy to stash a section in your purse or pack a piece in your suitcase before jumping on a plane.
